Early access: onboarding our first clubs
Our own product, not an add-on to someone else's platform. Memberships, schedules, trainer pay and QR entry in one system, with a member app.
The product is in development. Early access is open: we're taking on a few clubs and building out the system around their workflows.

The four situations we hear most often from managers of gyms, studios and pools.
Memberships, freezes and remaining visits live in a spreadsheet only one person edits. Disputes surface at the front desk, in front of the client, and get settled from memory.
At the end of the month, someone pulls classes, sales and commissions into a spreadsheet. Trainers can't check the math, and the manager can't quickly see which trainers actually make money for the club.
Off-the-shelf software on the 1C platform comes with licenses, updates and a visiting programmer. Every change for your club's processes goes through a contractor and is billed separately.
The schedule is on social media, renewals happen at the front desk, the card is plastic. Between visits, the club simply isn't on the client's phone — and has no way to remind them it exists.
Nine modules that cover everything a club does — from the member profile to the till receipt and the per-studio report.
A client card with memberships, visit and purchase history. See what a member bought, when they came to the club and what's active for them right now.
Each membership bundles a set of services: one-time or monthly, with or without a visit limit. New club offerings are built from existing services — no developer needed.
Classes are tied to a studio, pool lane and trainer. Each studio's load is visible a week ahead, not pieced together from chats.
Pay is calculated from sessions delivered and memberships the trainer has sold. The calculation breaks down line by line, so you can show it to the trainer directly.
Membership, schedule and class booking on your phone. Renewals and purchases right in the app, no trip to the front desk.
The turnstile checks the membership at entry: the client shows a code from the app. The platform integrates with the club's access control system.
Every sale instantly gets a fiscal receipt: ATOL cash registers connect via ATOL Web Server, with no separate POS software at the front desk.
Sell and redeem gift certificates: face value, expiry date and status are visible in the client profile and the sales report.
Revenue by service and membership, trainer performance, gym and pool occupancy — in the system, not in a monthly spreadsheet.
It's one product with one database, not a set of programs stitched together by an integrator. The member, their membership, the turnstile entry and the cash register receipt are links in a single data chain.
One scenario runs through every module: a member buys a membership on their phone, and the club gets the receipt, the entry and the numbers in reports — no manual input at any step.
Members renew their membership on their phone and pay by card. No front-desk staff involved.
The sale goes to an ATOL cash register via ATOL Web Server, and the customer gets a receipt.
An entry code appears in the app — based on the active membership and its services.
Access control lets members in by code, and the visit is deducted from the membership the moment they pass through.
Sales and visits feed the reports by service and room, and each class counts toward the trainer's pay.
No step requires re-entering data by hand: sales, check-ins and classes are recorded where they happen.
The platform is built to work with the equipment your club already has. Anything that won't work, we'll flag during the site survey, before work begins.
We don't push hardware. If your club already has turnstiles and a POS, we connect to them; if you're just opening, we'll help put together the right setup for your space.
Three ways clubs handle this today — and what changes with our platform.
Memberships, freezes and visits live in a file that only one admin can edit?
What changes with AW FitnessThe system keeps the records, not a person. A visit is deducted the moment a member passes the turnstile, client history builds itself, and there are no spreadsheets to reconcile at month-end.Paying for platform licenses, updates and a visiting specialist, while every customization goes through a contractor?
What changes with AW FitnessWe write the product ourselves — the platform needs no 1C licenses and no 1C specialist. Customizations for your club's processes are done by the same team that built the system. If your accounting runs on 1C, we integrate rather than migrate.CRM in one service, the app in another, while access control and the POS live their own lives?
What changes with AW FitnessOne system, one database. Sales, check-ins and classes all land in the same data, so reports add up without exports or cross-system reconciliation. Two parts: a platform subscription and implementation for your specific club. There's no public pricing yet — the product is in early access, and we don't want to quote a figure we'd have to revise.
Why there's no price on this page. Implementation depends on the equipment your club already has and how many services need to be migrated, and subscription pricing is still being finalized with our first early-access clubs. On a call, we review your facility and send an estimate with concrete numbers.
The product isn't running in fitness clubs yet — so we show what it's built from: mobile apps on a single API, our own platform and work with a sports facility.

The first two steps cost nothing and commit you to nothing: first we review your club, then we give you numbers.
We get on a call and map out how your club works: gyms and pool, services and memberships, how trainers are paid, and what's at the entrance and the front desk.
We review your equipment and current record-keeping and show what the platform can do today. Then we send a scope of work and an implementation estimate.
We set up services, memberships and the schedule around your club's processes, and migrate your client base and active memberships.
Integration with access control and ATOL cash registers: we test QR entry and receipt printing on-site, not just on paper.
We build the client app in your club's branding and help you publish it to the app stores.
We train your front-desk staff and work alongside them for the first few weeks, fine-tuning settings to real situations at the desk.
Early-access clubs help shape the product: issues that come up on site go into upcoming releases.
The stack behind the club platform: one database for all modules, a member app and integration with on-site equipment.
The core runs on Laravel 12 + GraphQL + PostgreSQL with Redis queues: clients, memberships, schedules and sales all live in one database. The front-desk CRM and the client app use the same API, so their data never drifts apart.
The platform is in development, and early access is open. Some modules are built; others are being finished together with the first clubs — so we don't promise a “turnkey rollout in a week.” We show exactly what's ready today on a call: no slides, right in the interface.
The work consists of a platform subscription plus implementation for your specific club. We quote the implementation after a site survey — it depends on your equipment and how much data needs to be migrated. We're setting the subscription price together with our first early-access clubs, so it isn't on the page yet: we don't want to publish a price we'd have to revise.
We build the product ourselves, so the platform needs no 1C licenses and no visiting 1C specialist, and any customization for your club is done by the same team that wrote the system. If your club's accounting runs on 1C, we integrate with it — no need to move off it.
Not necessarily. We work with what's already installed: during the site survey we record the controller model and communication protocol. If specific hardware doesn't support the required mode, we'll tell you before work starts — not after you've paid.
Club entry works via a QR code in the app: the platform tells the access control system whether to let the member in. The specific access control system is confirmed during the site survey — to match the equipment already installed or planned at the club.
ATOL cash registers connect via ATOL Web Server: a membership, service or gift certificate sale goes to a fiscal receipt right from the screen where it was made. In-app online payments are fiscalized the same way as front-desk sales.
A mobile app for iOS and Android plus a client portal. Members see their membership and schedule, renew and buy, and show a QR code at the turnstile. We handle app store publishing.
Yes, migrating your client base and active memberships is part of implementation. We work out the export format during the site survey: the tidier the file, the less manual work — but we can handle messy, living spreadsheets too.
A&W Digital Studio: we've been building platforms, web services and mobile apps since 2009. AW Fitness is our own product, not a resold off-the-shelf box, so development and support are handled by the same team.
Setup, data migration and training are all done remotely. On-site work — where turnstiles and the POS need to be physically connected — is discussed separately.
We'll walk you through the platform, be upfront about what's ready today and what's still being built, and estimate the rollout for your studios, services and equipment.
