Who it's for

Is this right for your business?

The ideal option if you don't want to spend $3,333 and wait months for one-off custom development

Businesses moving beyond marketplaces

Tired of paying 20–30% commission and depending on someone else's algorithms? Your own online store makes you independent of marketplaces, and a subscription lowers the risk: you can try leaving the marketplaces without a big upfront investment.

First-time business owners

Have products but no online store? Don't wait six months for development: a subscription has a low barrier to entry. We'll build your store in 7 days, and it starts taking orders right away.

Owners who want us to handle the technology

Prices broke, the cart vanished, or payments won't go through? That's our job. You focus on products and marketing — we make sure the technical side of your store always runs without a hitch.

For those planning to scale but wary of the budget

A one-off site means one big payment upfront, while a subscription costs a fixed $111–$222 a month. And you get a living tool, not an off-the-shelf box: we can change the design, add a module or integrate a CRM at no extra cost.

Start selling while competitors are still waiting

Business today demands fast decisions and transparent budgets. We build a store that pays for itself from the start.

No cash-flow gaps

Instead of one big upfront payment, you pay a predictable monthly fee. You don't pull money out of working capital — you invest roughly what your first orders bring in.

Works from day one

No need to wait three months while developers finish a complex architecture. We launch your store in 7 days, and it starts taking orders right away.

We take on all the risk

Hosting, updates, and protection against payment failures and hacks are already included in your plan. We do everything we can so you never lose money to technical issues.

Mobile app on the App Store and Google Play

328$ one-time, with any plan

We build native iOS and Android apps from your store and publish them in both app stores — from developer accounts and screenshots to passing store review.

After that, the app is covered by your subscription: builds are updated for new platform versions at no extra charge.

Dedicated instance

Custom quote

Outgrown the subscription? We move your store to a dedicated instance: 1C integration tailored to your setup, no limits, your own server and customization for your processes. Same codebase, and all your data comes with you.

Explore the turnkey platform
  • Demo access on request — we show the product live
  • Catalog migration from your current site is included in onboarding
  • We connect a payment gateway for your provider at launch
  • Switch plans in any month — your data stays accessible

Compare what's in the plan, not just the price. We're about 10% cheaper than typical platforms, which is nice — but that's not the point. Our subscription already includes messenger Mini Apps, our own broadcast service and a single customer profile across all channels. Elsewhere, the same money gets you a website and an app, plus a separate bill for a third-party messaging service on top.

Exclusive to our platform

Paspartu AI assistant

Ask about your store in plain language and get an answer in Telegram

Built by A&W

No off-the-shelf platform lets you work with your store this way: there, you're limited to the reports the vendor built in. Here, everything about your store — orders, customers, bonus points, broadcasts — lives in one database behind a single API, and Paspartu connects to it directly. No need to file a report request, wait for development or pay for BI dashboard setup: the agent pulls the data itself and returns it in whatever form you ask for — a table, a summary or a file.

Why you won't find this elsewhere

  • Built in-house

We wrote Paspartu ourselves — it isn't someone else's product resold under our name. We customize it for your store's needs.

  • Single platform API

The agent sees orders, customers, bonus points and broadcasts as one whole. Platforms stitched together from third-party modules simply can't make that connection.

  • Isolated instance

Your own agent instance on our server, your own Telegram channel and dashboard. Your data never goes into a shared environment.

  • Fixed price

No markup on tokens: however much the agent works, you pay us the same amount.

Sample dialogue

Which categories dropped this month, and by how much?

Compared July with June on revenue and orders. Three categories dropped, accessories the most. Put it in a spreadsheet — file attached.

Win back customers who bought once and never returned

Done. The segment is built and already available in broadcasts — you can send right away, no export needed.

Put last campaign's performance into a table

Pulled the numbers for each channel: deliveries, opens, clicks and orders. Want a breakdown by segment?

Sample conversation. The agent answers using your store's data.

Beyond analytics, Paspartu prepares documents and proposals from your input data.

The AI service subscription itself is paid separately — you sign up in your own name; we recommend ChatGPT and help with setup and renewals.

What's included

The subscription covers the whole platform, not just a storefront with an admin panel

It's the same product we deploy as a dedicated instance for large clients. On subscription it runs on our infrastructure, so you don't pay for implementation.

Storefront and sales channels

A Nuxt 4 website with server-side rendering, plus a Telegram Mini App and bot — on every plan. VK and MAX are available from the Business plan.

  • Catalog, filters, search, cart, customer account
  • Checkout and delivery status
  • The same catalog and prices across all channels

CRM panel for your team

Catalog, orders, customers, loyalty and broadcasts are managed from one interface. Role-based access: everyone sees only what's theirs.

  • Statuses, payment and delivery updated in a couple of clicks
  • New-order push to the CRM, email and messengers
  • Change history for each order

Loyalty and repeat sales

Cashback works across every channel, and broadcasts run inside the platform — no separate service to connect.

  • Earning and redeeming bonus points, loyalty tiers
  • Audience segments, consent tracking, click tracking
  • Auto-unsubscribe when a user blocks the bot

We run the infrastructure

Hosting, backups, monitoring, SSL and product updates are included in the fee. No separate server bill.

  • Platform updates roll out to all subscribers
  • Uptime monitoring and nightly backups
  • Support with an agreed response time

Not included — discussed separately

1C integration

Accounting setups and exchange formats differ for every business, so this is custom work for your specific environment. It's available on a dedicated instance — the “Custom quote” plan.

Custom storefront design

The subscription includes a theme tailored to your brand: logo, colors, fonts, block structure. A fully custom design is built separately.

Customization for your processes

Features beyond the core are billed in hour packages. The Maximum plan already includes some of these hours in the subscription.

The product, live

The CRM your store runs on

This is the platform's CRM panel: catalog, orders, loyalty and broadcasts are all managed from one interface.

Manage every order from one screen

  • Statuses, payment and delivery updated in a couple of clicks
  • Managers hear about new orders instantly: a push notification with sound right in the CRM, an email, a message in Telegram, MAX or VK
  • Change history for every order — see who changed what

Why choose us

Four things a typical store subscription doesn't include

We compared our offer with what Russian SaaS platforms give you for similar money. Here's the honest difference.

01

Mini Apps in messengers

Your store opens right inside Telegram, VK and MAX

Not a link from a bot to your website, but a full storefront inside the messenger: catalog, cart and checkout without opening a browser. Shoppers sign in with their messenger account — no SMS, no password. Typical platforms don't cover this channel at all: they offer a website and a mobile app.

  • Telegram — on all plans; VK and MAX — from the Business plan
  • Sign-in via initData signature and VK ID, no password needed
  • Profiles from all channels are merged by phone number
02

We build and publish your apps

iOS and Android, both stores, we handle app review ourselves

We build native apps on top of your store and take them all the way to publication on Google Play and the App Store — including developer accounts, metadata, screenshots and store review. It's a one-time $328 instead of the typical market rate of ~$389, and later build updates are included in the subscription at no extra cost.

  • Google Play and App Store — both stores, not just one
  • We handle store review and communication with the app stores
  • Free build updates with every platform release
03

Built-in messaging service

A module inside the platform, not an external service that charges per email

Messaging is part of the product and the subscription. Your customer base already lives here, so segments are built from real orders and bonus points, not an exported CSV. Campaigns go out not only by email but also to messengers, where customers actually read them.

  • Segmentation by orders, total spend and channel
  • Consent tracking, scheduling, pausing and click tracking
  • Auto-unsubscribe when a user blocks the bot keeps your list clean
04

A fast-loading storefront

Nuxt 4 with server-side rendering instead of a CMS template

Speed is money: a slow storefront loses buyers before they reach the cart and ranks lower. Our stores serve server-rendered HTML, images are converted to WebP automatically, and critical resources load first. In the demo we open the PageSpeed report for a live project — check the numbers yourself instead of taking "it's fast" on faith.

  • SSR for indexing: search engines get ready-made HTML
  • WebP and lazy-loaded images out of the box
  • Sitemap, structured data and correct redirects
Growth after launch

We do the SEO ourselves — no subcontractors

SEO can be added to a subscription store without rebuilding the storefront. It's our own service, so platform subscribers get it at a discount.

−10% for platform subscribers

SEO services

Promotion doesn't start with fixing technical SEO, because there's nothing to fix

Usually, the first months with a new SEO contractor go into fixing what the previous platform got wrong. Here you skip that stage: server-side rendering, sitemap, structured data, correct 301s and 410s, WebP and speed are built into the product. Plus, an SEO agent with limited permissions fills in titles and descriptions across thousands of product pages, and the server enforces length rules, so it can't save an invalid value.

What we do

  • Technical audit, keyword research and a catalog structure built around your range
  • Product and category optimization at scale — by an AI agent, not a content manager by hand
  • Fast-track to the top for your priority keywords
  • Transparent rankings and reporting: Yandex Webmaster, Metrica and Topvisor

The 10% discount on SEO promotion applies for as long as your store runs on our platform, including fast-track ranking to the top. We handle promotion ourselves, so there's no middleman markup passed on to you.

Comparison

Our subscription vs. a typical market offer

Compared with a typical Russian SaaS platform for online stores in the same price range.

Where to grow nextTypical SaaS platform Top plan is the ceiling; beyond that, your only option is moving to another platformOur subscription Move to your own instance with 1C integration — same codebase

Why we can be cheaper at all. We wrote the platform ourselves and it already runs live projects — we don't resell someone else's engine or bake its license cost into the plan. Each new client costs us less to onboard than the last, and we pass those savings on in the price.

The platform you get is already in production

A subscription isn't a promise to build a store — it's access to a product already running live projects. One codebase, many niches.

Getting started

From your request to a working store

The first two steps are free and come with no obligation.

  1. Demo access

We show the platform live: CRM, storefront and the Telegram Mini App. And we open the PageSpeed report for a live production project on the spot.

  2. We pick the right plan

We assess your catalog size, team size and the channels you need. If a subscription isn't right for you, we'll tell you straight.

  3. We deploy your store

A theme for your brand, catalog migration from your current site, payment gateway setup and team training.

  4. Launch and support

Your storefront is live and platform updates roll out automatically. If you need a mobile app, we publish it in parallel.

Subscription FAQ

It's the same product in two models. With a subscription, the store runs on our infrastructure, so you don't pay for implementation — just a fixed monthly fee, and we handle hosting, backups and updates. The turnkey platform is a dedicated instance on your side, with 1C integration for your setup and customization to your company's processes; that involves an implementation project and a one-time fee. You can start with a subscription and move to your own instance later: the codebase is the same, and your data migrates in full.

Because we wrote the platform ourselves and it already runs live projects — we don't resell someone else's engine or bake its license cost into the plan. Each new client costs us less to onboard than the last, and we put those savings into the price, not our margin. That said, we don't build our offer around a discount: the price difference is about 10%, and the real difference is what the plan includes. Mini Apps in messengers, a messaging service and a single customer profile across all channels come with the subscription instead of being sold as add-ons.

A Mini App is a full-featured store that opens right inside Telegram, VK or MAX: catalog, cart and checkout without switching to a browser. Customers sign in with their messenger account — no password, no SMS code — so the path to purchase is shorter and noticeably more people make it to the cart. Plus, you can bring customers back through the messenger with a broadcast instead of paying for ads all over again. Telegram is included in all plans; VK and MAX start from the Business plan.

Yes, both on the App Store and Google Play — it's a one-time $328 on top of any plan. We handle the whole process: developer accounts, iOS and Android builds, metadata, screenshots and communication with the stores during review. App Store review really is stricter, and not everything passes the first time — fixes for reviewer feedback are included in this price. After that, the app is covered by your subscription: when a new platform version comes out, the builds are updated at no extra charge.

No — migrating the catalog from your current site is part of onboarding. Products, categories and brands are transferred via export; images are uploaded in bulk as an archive matched by SKU and automatically converted to WebP. If you can export a “URL ↔ SKU” list from your old site's database, we'll also set up redirects from old URLs to new ones so you keep your hard-won search rankings.

Switching platforms changes your URL structure, and without correct redirects pages drop out of the index — a perfectly rational fear. We have a proven process for it: live products get a 301 to their exact new URL, discontinued products get a 410 Gone, and categories without a direct match get a 301 to the most relevant section. We never mass-redirect to the homepage: search engines treat that as a soft 404 and demote the site. We used this process to migrate a store with about 53,500 URLs in the index.

The payment module itself is included; you choose the payment provider, and we connect your acquiring at launch. The bank or payment service charges transaction fees directly to you — we're not a middleman in that chain and take no cut of your turnover. For B2B customers, the Business plan supports pay-by-invoice with company details.

Paspartu is our own service for personal AI agents. Each client gets an isolated agent instance on our server, works with it in Telegram and manages it through a customer account. For a store, the point is that the full history of orders, customers, bonus points and broadcasts lives in one database behind a single API — the agent connects to it and answers questions in plain language. Instead of commissioning a report, waiting on development and paying for dashboard setup, you ask “which categories dropped this month?” or “pull everyone who bought once and never came back” and get a ready-made list in the format you need. Platform subscribers get the agent at 10% off. Note that the subscription to the AI service itself isn't included and is paid by you directly — we recommend ChatGPT and help you set it up and renew it. We don't take a cut on tokens, so our fee doesn't grow with how much you use the agent.

Yes, we can — and in that case you get a 10% discount on SEO, including fast-tracking your priority keywords to the top, for as long as your store is on our subscription. More importantly, the storefront is built for SEO from the ground up: server-side rendering, sitemap, structured data, correct 301s and 410s, WebP and speed are all part of the product. Usually the first months with a new SEO contractor go into fixing technical issues left by the previous platform; here you skip that stage. If you already have an SEO contractor, we'll work with them — the platform doesn't get in the way, and we'll give them access to the settings they need.

Your catalog, orders and customer base belong to you. We export them in a machine-readable format on request — no termination fees, no data held hostage. The platform is built on an open stack (Laravel, Nuxt, PostgreSQL), so if you move to your own instance, any team that knows this stack can maintain the project.

We don't offer a self-serve trial — instead, we give demo access on request and walk you through the platform live with a manager: CRM, storefront, Mini App and real speed metrics. You'll see more in half an hour than in a week of poking around an empty demo store.

You can switch plans up or down in any month. When you upgrade, you pay the difference for the remaining period; when you downgrade, the balance is credited to future payments. If you've paid for a year and decide to upgrade, your annual discount carries over to the new plan.
